About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist for a 13-week contract starting August 3, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and standards of practice.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Evaluate patient needs and progress towards treatment goals.
- Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements.
