Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist for a 13-week contract in Boston, Massachusetts.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and standards of practice.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Evaluate patient needs and progress, and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately and timely.
Requirements
- Active Occupational Therapist License
- Current BLS/BCLS Certification
