About the role
GrapeTree Medical Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN House Supervisor for a position in Salem, Massachusetts.
Responsibilities
- Supervise nursing staff to ensure patient care quality and safety
- Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare providers to provide comprehensive patient care
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulations
Requirements
- Current RN license in good standing
- At least 1 year of experience as an RN in a supervisory capacity
- Experience working in a hospital setting preferred
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an approved nursing program
- Passing score on the NCLEX-RN
Skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Knowledge of hospital policies and procedures

Pay
The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
