About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Manager for a 13-week assignment starting August 10, 2026, in Raleigh, North Carolina.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of nurses in a psychiatric setting
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes
- Develop and implement nursing care plans
- Provide clinical supervision and guidance to nursing staff
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback
- Participate in staff meetings and departmental activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (RN)
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an RN in a hospital or psychiatric setting
- Experience managing a team of nurses
- Knowledge of psychiatric nursing practices and protocols
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
