Travel Registered Nurse Supervisor - $3,090 per week

Job Summary

Nursing Supervisor position located in Salem, Massachusetts. This role involves providing administrative, operational, and clinical leadership for all services within the facility during night shifts and every other weekend and holiday. The Nursing Supervisor serves as a clinical resource for patient care, collaborates with medical staff and support services, and ensures compliance with nursing standards and patient safety protocols.

Position Details

• Position: Nursing Supervisor, RN Supervisor
• Schedule: 12-hour night shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week, starting 08/16/2026

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Current Massachusetts RN license
• Certified in AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• 3+ years of advanced Medical/Surgical Telemetry experience
• Ability to read Tele Strips and perform Cardiac Drips, including medication titration
• Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing

Preferred Qualifications

• Critical care nursing experience

Additional Information

The Nursing Supervisor provides oversight of patient care, conducts rounds, investigates patient issues, and collaborates with clinical and support teams to maintain high standards of care. Must be able to read Tele Strips and perform Cardiac Drips, including medication titration. Responsible for notifying the Administrator-On-Call of serious issues, incidents, and disasters.

Pay Package

The Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
