Travel RN - PCU Nights

Role: Registered Nurse in a hybrid unit for Progressive, Stepdown, and Intermediate care patients. Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive, direct patient care utilizing the nursing process; collaborate within a multidisciplinary team; prioritize wellness and evidence-based practices; model proficiency through precepting; support safety and quality at the point of care; deliver care in a technically complex environment such as ICU or PCU following AACN Synergy Model and specialty standards. Qualifications: Active CO RN license or eNLC privileges; minimum 1-year nursing experience; current ACLS and BLS certifications (American Heart Association or Red Cross CPR); ability to work night shifts. Skills: Strong clinical judgment; ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment; excellent communication and teamwork skills; commitment to patient-centered care and continuous learning.
