About the role
Registered Nurse in a hybrid unit providing care for Progressive, Stepdown, and Intermediate care patients.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive, direct patient care utilizing the nursing process
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
- Prioritize wellness and evidence-based practices
- Model proficiency through precepting
- Support safety and quality at the point of care
- Deliver care in a technically complex environment such as ICU or PCU following AACN Synergy Model and specialty standards
Key Duties
- Ensure safe, high-quality patient care
- Implement evidence-based practices
- Support new staff and students
- Contribute to a collaborative clinical environment
- Participate in safety and quality initiatives
Qualifications
- Active Colorado RN license or eNLC privileges
- Minimum 1-year nursing experience
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications (American Heart Association or Red Cross CPR)
- Ability to work night shifts
