Travel RN - PCU Nights

About the Role

Registered Nurse (RN) position in a 24-bed hybrid unit providing Progressive, Stepdown, and Intermediate care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver top-of-scope patient care using the nursing process in a technically complex environment.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Prioritize wellness, evidence-based practices, and patient-centered care.
• Precept and model proficiency to new healthcare staff.
• Contribute to safety and quality at the point of care.
• Provide direct care in ICU or PCU settings, adhering to evidence-based models and specialty standards.
• Model clinical proficiency and support team development.
• Maintain safety, quality, and a compassionate approach in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Colorado RN license or eNLC privileges.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience.
• ACLS and BLS certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross).
• Ability to work night shifts.
