About the Role
Registered Nurse (RN) in a hybrid unit providing Progressive, Stepdown, and Intermediate care for patients.
Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive patient care using the nursing process in a technically complex environment.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Prioritize patient wellness, safety, and evidence-based practices.
- Precept and mentor new staff members, fostering a learning environment.
- Ensure safety, quality, and compliance at the point of care.
- Provide direct patient care in ICU or PCU settings.
- Engage in evidence-based practice and model proficiency for colleagues.
- Contribute to a safe, innovative, and patient-centered clinical environment.
Requirements
- Valid Colorado RN license or eNLC privileges.
- Minimum of 1-year nursing experience.
- Current ACLS and BLS certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross.
- Strong clinical knowledge, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
