About the role

Unit: NICU - 6th Floor, Level III+ NICU with 51 beds and a team of 120 staff. EMR: Cerner.

• Day Shift staffing: 18 RNs, 1 Charge RN, 2 RTs, 1 Tech
• Night Shift staffing: 18 RNs, 1 Charge RN, 2 RTs
• Patient ratios: 1:1, 1:2, 1:3, 1:4

Schedule

• Shift: Days, 6:45 AM-7:15 PM
• 3×12-hour shifts
• Every other weekend required

Responsibilities

• Provide high-acuity neonatal care in a Level III+ NICU
• Float to Pediatrics, PICU, and Mother/Baby (babies only) as needed

Requirements

• 2+ years of Level III or higher NICU experience preferred
• NRP certification required
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Comfortable wearing navy blue scrubs
