Travel NICU RN

Role: Travel NICU RN Responsibilities: Provide specialized care to critically ill and premature newborns, including assessments, ventilator and medication management, and family education. Collaborate with neonatologists and multidisciplinary teams to deliver evidence-based, compassionate care. Qualifications & Skills: Nursing licensure with NICU experience, strong clinical skills, ability to work effectively in a team, and excellent communication. Knowledge of neonatal care protocols and family-centered care approaches is essential. Key Duties: Assess neonatal conditions, manage ventilators and medications, educate families, and coordinate care with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes for vulnerable infants.
