Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care with a comprehensive understanding of growth stages from Pediatric to Geriatric.
• Provide direct patient care and demonstrate knowledge of emergency procedures.
• Maintain accurate records and document patient progress and education.
• Adhere to policies and identify areas for growth.
• Foster a cooperative environment centered on patient and family care.
• Follow National Patient Safety Goals and use safe transfer techniques.
• Tailor care to surgical procedures and anesthesia types.
• Prioritize patient care based on needs and condition changes.
• Engage patients and families in pre-operative and postoperative education.
• Ensure timely completion of patient testing and evaluate Pre Admission Testing orders (specific to PAT RN).

Requirements

• 1 year of experience
• BLS certification (Required)
• RN License (Required)
• NRP certification (Required)
• RNC-NIC certification (Preferred)
• 2 years of experience in Level III or IV neonatal care

Physical Requirements

As defined by Occupational Safety/OMS.
