About the role
A Travel RN position is available in the Medical/Surgical Neuro Unit at a facility in Charleston, SC. This role offers 36 guaranteed weekly hours with a shift pattern of 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 3 times 12-hour shifts per week.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Assess patients' conditions and document observations accurately.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and collaborate with healthcare teams.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
Requirements
- BLS certification required.
- NICU experience preferred but not required.
- 2+ years of RN M/S experience.
- Ability to float between units as needed.
Qualifications
- Current RN license in good standing.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and pharmacology.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
