About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our Med Surg unit. The nurse will provide high-quality patient care, collaborating in a team nursing approach with tech support available on the unit.

Responsibilities

• Perform hourly safety rounds to ensure patient safety and satisfaction.
• Conduct bedside shift reports for effective communication of patient care.
• Participate in a team nursing approach with support staff.
• Provide patient care in accordance with Med Surg standards and protocols.

Requirements

• Current RN License.
• BLS Certification.
• NIH Stroke Scale Certification (can be obtained during onboarding).

Pay

Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM. Traveler is expected to work every other weekend and holidays in rotation with hospital employees.
