About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a 13-week assignment starting August 10, 2026, in Mason City, Iowa.
Responsibilities
- Perform surgical procedures under the supervision of anesthesiologists and surgeons
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of operating rooms
- Ensure sterility and safety of surgical equipment and supplies
- Communicate effectively with surgical teams and patients
- Adhere to hospital policies and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Iowa
- Current BLS certification
- Experience in OR setting preferred
