HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a 13-week assignment in Charleston, South Carolina.
Responsibilities
- Provide care in accordance with medical standards and protocols
- Assess patients' needs and develop treatment plans
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- A current, unrestricted RN license in the state of practice
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications
- Experience in Med Surg setting preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
