Location: Asheville, NC – Mission Hospital, Memorial Campus, 509 Biltmore Avenue
About the role
13-week travel assignment with a shift of Days, 8 am – 4:30 pm. Unit serves 815 beds with a 1:40 patient ratio. Self-scheduling and floating where needed. Documentation systems: CERNER, NATE, ENSOCARE (post-acute systems).
Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with the RN Case Management team
- Demonstrate strong documentation skills
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Shift attention efficiently between multiple tasks
- Build trust with team members, patients, and families
Requirements
- Active RN license
- Experience in case management
