Role: Registered Nurse in the Cardiovascular Thoracic PCU, providing direct patient care in a fast-paced acute care setting. Responsibilities Deliver top-of-scope nursing practice utilizing the nursing process.Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.Prioritize patient wellness, safety, and evidence-based care.Precept new healthcare team members and contribute to a culture of learning and safety.Provide care for patients with moderate to high acuity on specialty units. Qualifications & Skills Colorado RN license or eNLC privileges.Minimum of 1-year nursing experience.BLS certification through the American Heart Association or Red Cross. Key Duties & Focus Implement evidence-based practices in acute care units.Model proficiency and support team development.Maintain safety and quality standards at the point of care.
