Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered, evidence-based nursing care across multiple units within hospitals and outpatient facilities.
• Float to various departments within the Healthcare & Medical Services division.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and families to promote understanding and engagement in care plans.
