Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with standards and policies
- Apply the nursing process (assessment, evaluation)
- Coordinate with surgeons, anesthesia teams, and OR staff
- Support patient flow, continuity of care, and unit efficiency
- Participate in quality improvement activities and serve as a resource
Qualifications
- Minimum of one year perioperative experience
- Current and valid RN license
- English communication skills (spoken and written)
- BLS (AHA) and ACLS (AHA) certifications
Skills
- Knowledge of perioperative procedures and standards
- Strong coordination and communication abilities
- Ability to work effectively within a team and support clinical operations
