About the Role

FirstChoice – Trinity Health's mobile staffing solution offers premium compensation and maximum flexibility for experienced Respiratory Therapists. Assignments include short and long-term opportunities throughout the health system, with nationwide and regional options available.

Responsibilities

• Float throughout the hospital and/or multiple hospital locations and/or regions as needed.
• Adhere to standard elements of professional practice per AARC guidelines.
• Act independently within scope of knowledge and experience in practice area.
• Retain accountability for delegation, choices, decisions, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders and contribute to quality improvement practices and outcomes.
• Exhibit agility and willingness to take on new and additional responsibilities.
• Embrace new ideas and cultural differences while managing competing priorities.

Requirements

• Graduate of a two-year advanced practitioner Accredited Respiratory Therapist program; registry eligible.
• Current RRT credential.
• Valid State License in Respiratory Care if required in the state of work.
• Interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients, physicians, and other health personnel in alignment with mission and values.
• Analytical skills to identify patient needs.
• Demonstrated basic computer skills in a Windows environment.

Pay

Gross weekly rate: $2,232.00.

Schedule

• Part-time, 3x12-hour shifts (nights).
• 13-week assignment starting ASAP.
