Responsibilities

• Float throughout the hospital and/or multiple hospital locations and/or regions as needed.
• Know, understand, incorporate, and demonstrate standard elements of professional practice per AARC guidelines.
• Act independently and appropriately within scope of knowledge and experience.
• Retain accountability for delegation, choices, decisions, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders and contribute to quality improvement practices and outcomes.
• Exhibit agility and willingness to take on new and additional responsibilities.
• Embrace new ideas and cultural differences while managing competing priorities.

Requirements

• Graduate of a two-year advanced practitioner-accredited Respiratory Therapist program; registry eligible.
• Current RRT credential.
• Valid state license in Respiratory Care if required in the state of practice.
• Interpersonal skills necessary to effectively communicate with patients, physicians, and other health personnel in alignment with mission and values.
• Analytical skills to identify patient needs.
• Demonstrated basic computer skills in a Windows environment.

Pay

Gross weekly rate: $2,088.00 for 3x12-hour day shifts.

Schedule

• Start Date: ASAP.
• Assignment Duration: 13 weeks.
• Hours: 3 shifts of 12 hours per week (day shift).
