Travel Respiratory Therapist, RRT

Part-time position with flexible scheduling and premium compensation through FirstChoice – Trinity Health's mobile staffing solution. Assignments range from short to long-term and span multiple hospital locations and regions nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Float throughout the hospital and/or multiple hospital locations/regions as needed.
• Adhere to AARC guidelines for professional respiratory therapy practice.
• Operate independently within scope of knowledge and experience.
• Maintain accountability for delegation, decisions, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve quality and outcomes.
• Adapt to new responsibilities and embrace cultural differences while managing competing priorities.

Requirements

• Graduate of a two-year advanced practitioner-accredited Respiratory Therapist program; registry eligible.
• Current RRT credential.
• Valid state Respiratory Care license (if required in the state of work).
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and healthcare teams in alignment with mission and values.
• Analytical skills to assess patient needs.
• Basic computer proficiency in a Windows environment.

Pay

Gross weekly rate: $2,088.00 for a 3x12-hour day shift.

Schedule

• Start date: ASAP.
• 13-week assignment duration.
• 3x12-hour shifts (day shift).
