About the role

We are seeking a skilled Travel Respiratory Therapist to provide advanced respiratory care to patients with complex pulmonary and critical illnesses.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians on treatment plans
• Conduct diagnostic tests
• Administer therapies
• Set up and monitor equipment
• Record patient progress
• Educate patients and families

The role requires critical thinking, excellent communication, physical stamina, and technical proficiency, including the ability to handle equipment and work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements

• At least one year of recent experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist
• RRT credential from NBRC
• Valid state license
• Current BLS certification

Qualifications

• Preferred certifications include ACLS or PALS
