About the Role
As a Travel Respiratory Therapist, you will deliver advanced respiratory care to patients with pulmonary disorders in various healthcare settings.
Responsibilities
- Assess, treat, and manage patients with pulmonary disorders
- Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement treatment plans
- Perform diagnostic tests and administer respiratory therapies
- Monitor and maintain respiratory equipment
- Record patient progress and maintain accurate documentation
- Educate patients and families on respiratory care and management
- Work within the defined scope of practice for respiratory therapy
Requirements
- One year of recent Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) experience
- NBRC credential
- Valid state license in respiratory therapy
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
