Key Highlights

• Weekly pay: $1,714–$1,755 per week

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care to neonatal, pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients across ICU, NICU, ER, and inpatient floors
• Administer inhaled medications and manage therapies including inhaled bronchodilators, steroids, and other prescribed regimens
• Manage mechanical ventilation and critical care support; perform noninvasive ventilation and airway management as directed
• Maintain patient response, adjust treatment plans per physician orders, and document interventions and outcomes
• Conduct arterial blood gas sampling as needed and participate in rounds with the care team
• Support NICU patients where NICU experience is applicable; NICU experience is preferred but not required, with NRP required if NICU experience is present

Requirements

• Current, active respiratory therapy license to practice in Missouri (or eligibility for state licensure)
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
• Mechanical ventilation/critical care experience required
• NICU experience preferred but not required; if NICU experience exists, NRP certification is required
• Ability to work in hospital settings including ICU, NICU, ER, and floor therapy environments
• Educational attainment: degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program (Associate or Bachelor’s)
• Must be able to work a 3x12-hour night shift (1830-0700)
