Travel Rehabilitation Therapist - $2,800 per week

LanceSoft is seeking a travel Rehabilitation Therapist for a position in Morgan Hill, California.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic interventions to patients in accordance with established treatment plans.
• Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Document patient care activities and progress in medical records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a Rehabilitation Therapist in California.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant clinical experience.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and modalities.

Qualifications

• Pass a background check.
• Willingness to travel within the United States.
