Travel Rehabilitation Therapist - $2,702 per week

About the role

LanceSoft is seeking a travel Rehabilitation Therapist for a position in Fort Dodge, Iowa.

Responsibilities

• Work 4 days in our outpatient clinic and 1 day a week in acute care.
• On-call on Saturdays from 0700-1200 and Sundays from 0700-1100.
• Only see orthopedic, neurological, and safety discharge patients.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of previous PT experience.
• At least 1 travel contract completed (preferred).
• Outpatient experience required; inpatient experience preferred.
• EPIC experience required.

Qualifications

• Work history/resume/employment history must have 24 months of current Physical Therapist / PT experience.
• Skills Checklist must be specific to the discipline listed on the job (Physical Therapist / PT).
• Professional Reference/Reference Check from within 24 months of today's date (preferred).
• Driver’s License (document) required.
• AHA/American Heart Association or ARC/AMERICAN RED CROSS BLS required.
