LanceSoft is seeking a travel Rehabilitation Therapist for a position in Fort Dodge, Iowa.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitation therapy services under the direction of a physician.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment.
• Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Document patient care activities and progress in medical records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.

Requirements

• 1 year current Radiation Therapy experience.
• Varian True Beam experience preferred.
• ARRT certification required.
• BLS certification required.
• Previous travel experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Driver’s License required.
• Work history/resume required.
• Skills checklist must have been completed within 1 year of submission date.
• License verification required.
• Copies of required certifications required.
• References - 1 supervisory reference required at time of submission.
