Description

American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for a 13-week night shift contract covering multiple units including ICU, ED, PACU, and stepdown, with experience caring for neonates, pediatric, and adult patients.

  • Work across multiple inpatient units including ICU, ED, PACU, medical-surgical, stepdown, ambulatory, and nursery settings
  • Care for patient population spanning neonates, pediatric, and adult patients
  • Perform oxygen therapy, ventilator management, breathing treatments, bedside PFTs, bedside bronchoscopies, and ABGs
  • Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (19:00–07:00)
  • Requires 4+ weekend shifts per contract, every third weekend

Requirements

  • Current RRT credential required
  • BLS certification required
  • Licenses required if applicable
  • 2 professional supervisor references from within the past 2 years required for consideration
  • Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration

  • First-time travelers will be considered based on experience

Pay Package

Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
