Job Details
- Location: Ypsilanti, Michigan
- Schedule: Nights, 12 hours per shift, minimum 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications
- Valid respiratory therapy license
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications
- No minimum years of experience specified
- Located in or willing to work in Ypsilanti, MI
Additional Information
- Evaluate patients, recommend treatment plans, operate ventilatory and monitoring equipment, perform diagnostic tests including chest x-rays, EKGs, and pulmonary function studies, and assist with procedures such as bronchoscopy and chest tube placement.
- Perform tracheostomy care, arterial punctures, and cardiopulmonary resuscitation following BLS and ACLS guidelines.
- Thorough documentation, equipment maintenance, and effective communication with physicians are essential components of the position.

Pay Package
The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
