About the role
We are looking for a dedicated Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our Respiratory Services team. The candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive respiratory care to patients in various settings, including adult and pediatric services, utilizing advanced equipment and protocols to ensure high‑quality patient care.
Responsibilities
- Administer respiratory therapy treatments based on physician orders.
- Monitor and assess patient responses to therapies and equipment.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and families on respiratory care and equipment use.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in EMR.
Requirements
- North Carolina Respiratory License
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- NRP certification preferred

Schedule
Night shift, 12‑hour shifts (6:30 PM – 7:00 AM), 36 hours per week. Pay package based on 12‑hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax‑free stipend amount to be determined. Contract and local rates may vary based on location and applicant residency.
