Requirements

• RRT certification
• BLS certification
• NRP certification
• 4+ years NICU experience (Level 4 NICU experience required)
• Licenses in at least 2 different states (VA license preferred)
• VA license pending with valid other state license acceptable
• Willingness to work every other weekend and holiday as required
• Ability to utilize self-scheduling model to accommodate unit needs

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care to neonatal ICU patients with Level 4 NICU experience
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to implement patient care plans
• Utilize self-scheduling model to accommodate unit needs
• Work every other weekend and holiday as required
• Maintain current certifications including RRT, BLS, and NRP

Pay

Weekly pay range: $2,216.04 – $2,326.84 (based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week, subject to confirmation). Tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

07:00 – 19:00 (Day/Night rotating), 4×12-hour shifts per week, 36 hours total. Every other weekend and holiday required.
