Travel Registered Nurse – Stepdown Unit - $2,296 per week
About the role
The Registered Nurse will provide care in the Stepdown Unit, with potential to float to various units caring for similar patient populations. Candidates must possess strong clinical skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to stepdown patients.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Document all patient interactions in the Electronic Health Record.
Requirements
- Minimum of 18 months of combined permanent experience in a related specialty, with at least 18 months of recent Stepdown experience.
- Active permanent Ohio nursing license or Compact State license required.
- American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS required.
- Two professional references from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty are required.

Pay
Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
This position offers a night shift schedule of 3x12 hours, from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.
