Travel Registered Nurse - Stepdown Unit - $2,296 per week
About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse for our Stepdown Unit. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients transitioning from intensive care to general medical-surgical care and may float to other units as needed.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and perform nursing procedures as prescribed by the physician.
- Monitor patient conditions, including vital signs and ECG readings.
- Provide patient education and support to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Document patient care and progress in the electronic health record accurately.
Requirements
- Minimum of 18 months combined permanent experience in a Stepdown or similar setting.
- Permanent Ohio RN license or Compact State License required.
- Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS.
Qualifications
Travel experience will be accepted.

Pay
Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
