About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Skilled Nursing for a travel nursing job in Syracuse, Nebraska.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Nebraska.
- Current BLS certification.
- Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Skills
- Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR).
- Knowledge of Skilled Nursing Facility protocols and procedures.

Pay
Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation).
Schedule
Shift: 12 hours, nights.
