Travel Registered Nurse - Skilled Nursing - $1,508 per week

About the role

Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Skilled Nursing for a 13-week assignment starting August 10, 2026, in Luverne, Minnesota.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients under the direction of a physician.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Minnesota.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience in SNF setting preferred.

Pay

The pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
