Travel Registered Nurse Med Surg Tele Job

Registered Nurse – Med Surg Tele position in Philadelphia, PA, starting November 9, 2026 for a 13‑week contract in a hospital setting.

Pay & Schedule

• Weekly pay: $2,180–$2,213
• Guaranteed hours: 36 per week
• Shift: 7:00 am – 7:00 pm
• Contract duration: 13 weeks
• EPIC EMR experience required
• Return‑to‑Office (RTO) requests considered; preference for coverage across all 13 weeks and all three shifts

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to medical‑surgical telemetry patients per physician orders
• Monitor patient status, telemetry readings, and administer prescribed medications
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement and update patient care plans
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the EPIC EMR with accuracy
• Educate patients and families on treatments, medications, and discharge instructions
• Ensure patient safety, initiate fall precautions, and participate in discharge planning

Requirements

• 2+ years of Med Surg Telemetry nursing experience
• BSN degree required
• EPIC EMR experience required
• End‑of‑Week (EOW) coverage and one holiday required
• Return‑to‑Office (RTO) requests considered; preference for coverage across the full 13 weeks and all shifts
