Travel Registered Nurse L&D Job
Key Highlights
- Weekly pay: $2,348–$2,428 per week

Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive obstetric and newborn care for antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum patients.
Monitor maternal and fetal status, perform routine and targeted assessments, and respond to obstetric emergencies as part of the OB/L&D team.
Administer medications and assist with labor, delivery, and postpartum procedures in accordance with unit protocols; provide newborn assessments and initial stabilization as needed.
Collaborate with obstetricians, midwives, nursing colleagues, and ancillary staff; coordinate care plans and patient education throughout the peripartum period.
Maintain thorough documentation in the electronic medical record; participate in discharge planning and family education, including lactation support when available.
Requirements
- Active Montana registered nurse license or a qualifying compact license
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, and intermediate AWHONN per unit requirements
- Minimum 2 years of labor and delivery, OB, and postpartum nursing experience
- Ability to work nights/NOC with call, and occasional day coverage as scheduled; willingness to respond to call shifts per the schedule
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a hospital-based L&D/OB environment
