Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care: For critically ill adults in the ICU, including frequent monitoring of status, vitals, and response to changes in condition
Administer prescribed medications and therapies: Manage ventilators, hemodynamic support, lines, and other ICU equipment per physician orders
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team: Participate in rounds, and communicate updates to physicians and charge staff
Document care: Ensure accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record; adhere to infection control protocols
Respond to emergencies: Advocate for patient and family needs; take appropriate actions and escalate as needed during Code Blue situations
Requirements
Active RN license: In good standing to practice in Georgia or as required by assignment
Ability to work in an ICU/inpatient care environment: Adapt to high-acuity patient needs
Availability: For a 13-week travel assignment beginning 08/10/2026
Living requirements: Must live 80+ miles from the assignment location
Schedule: Willingness to work a 3x12-hour shift schedule
