Responsibilities
- Deliver emergency nursing care to ED patients with speed and accuracy
- Perform triage, initial assessment, and continuous monitoring of vital signs
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and assist with procedures as needed
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team; document patient care in the medical record
- Ensure patient safety, infection control, and adherence to unit protocols
- Manage patient flow, prioritize care, and escalate to physicians as conditions change
Requirements
- 2+ years of ER nursing experience
- BSN degree required
- Start date 07/20/2026
- Willing/able to work 3 night shifts per week (3x12 schedule)
- 13-week assignment with 36 guaranteed hours
