Travel Registered Nurse ER Job

Responsibilities
Deliver coordinated nursing care for an individual patient or assigned group according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
Supervise and direct activities of various levels of nursing staff; coordinate care with other disciplines using clinical judgment and independent decision-making.
Assess patients, monitor vitals, administer medications per orders, evaluate responses, and document findings accurately.
Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary team to develop and adjust care plans as needed.
Prioritize patient safety, maintain infection control practices, and adhere to policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in Oregon (or eligibility to practice in Oregon) per assignment requirements.
- Emergency Department or acute care nursing experience preferred.
- BLS certification required; ACLS certification highly desirable.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced ER environment and work 12-hour night shifts.
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.
