Travel Registered Nurse ER Job
Overview
A registered nurse position is available in the emergency department (ER) in Hanford, CA, starting on August 17, 2026, for an 8-week travel assignment. The shift is 3x12 nights per week, with a weekly pay range of $2,249 to $2,444.
Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; coordinate care with other disciplines while applying clinical judgment
- Assess patient conditions, develop and implement care plans, and monitor patient responses to interventions
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with policy; document actions and patient outcomes
- Communicate with patients, families, and the care team; participate in care planning, progress notes, and discharge planning
- Ensure patient safety, uphold infection control practices, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards

- Eligibility for a travel assignment and successful completion of credentialing processes within required timelines
