Travel Registered Nurse ER Job

Responsibilities

• Assess patients upon admission using interview techniques to obtain past medical history, current status, vital signs, labs, imaging and other diagnostic tests
• Develop and implement a written care plan under physician direction, coordinating care across disciplines
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses, ensuring accuracy and safety
• Monitor and document patient status, promptly communicating changes to the multidisciplinary team
• Provide patient and family education, maintain patient confidentiality, and advocate for cultural and age-appropriate care
• Ensure adherence to nursing standards and safety protocols within a fast-paced ER environment

Requirements

• Active New Hampshire RN license or eligibility to obtain NH RN license
• BLS certification required; ACLS certification required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Clinical experience preferred

Benefits and Support

• Guaranteed hours: 36 per week
• 13-week contract duration
• Up to 16 hours of orientation may be unpaid
• Contractual shift-cancellation provision allowing changes up to a limited number of shifts within the contract

Pay and Schedule

• Weekly pay range: $2,191 to $2,308 per week
• Shift: Nights, 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 pm – 7:00 am)

Qualifications
