Required Qualifications
BLS certification
California license (required at time of start)
1 year of prior RN experience (clinic, primary care, pre/post, home health preferred)
Reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications
Previous charge nurse experience
Experience with chronic disease management
Familiarity with Turbo TAR electronic medical record system
Additional Information
The RN will provide care in an outpatient adult day health program serving up to 100 patients daily with an average census of 72.
The role involves patient monitoring, chronic disease management, caregiver education, and inter-team collaboration.
No on-call requirement.
The facility is committed to safety protocols including COVID-19 and flu vaccines.
Travelers are expected to float within the state of California.
References covering at least 1 year of recent relevant experience are required.
