Travel Registered Nurse - Clinic - $2,460 per week

A Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in clinic settings is needed in a rural health clinic environment within a facility located in Pagosa Springs, Colorado. This role involves providing outpatient nursing care, patient assessments, triage, medication administration, and patient education as part of a collaborative primary care team. The position supports patient care coordination, clinical documentation, and quality improvement initiatives, contributing to high-quality patient outcomes in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

Job Details

• Location: Pagosa Springs, Colorado
• Position: RN: Clinic Traveler (2 Openings)
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 10-hour day shifts (40 hours/week)
• Contract Length: 13 weeks with extension options available
• Start Date: 07/06/2026
• EMR: Cerner (Required)

Required Qualifications

• Current Colorado RN license or active compact RN license in good standing
• AHA BLS certification
• Minimum two (2) years of recent clinical nursing experience
• Cerner EMR experience required
• Strong assessment, triage, patient education, and care coordination skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced outpatient clinic environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous Rural Health Clinic, Family Practice, Internal Medicine, or Primary Care experience
• Immunizations, medication administration, and nursing triage experience
• CLIA-waived laboratory testing experience
• Experience supporting quality initiatives and patient engagement
