Travel Registered Nurse - Clinic - $2,330 per week

Job Summary

A healthcare organization is seeking a Clinic Registered Nurse (RN) in Sacramento, California. This position involves providing care for general dermatology patients, including those undergoing Mohs surgery, dermatologic surgeries, phototherapy, photodynamic therapy, laser procedures, tele-derm visits, and cosmetic dermatology. The RN will assist with specialized procedures and deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care for a diverse patient population across multiple age groups.

Job Details

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours shift, minimum of 40 hours per week

Required Qualifications

• Valid California nursing license
• BLS certification
• 1 year of ambulatory/outpatient clinic experience
• Dermatology experience with skills in skin biopsy and sterile procedures
• Prior experience in general dermatology, Mohs surgery, dermatologic surgery, phototherapy, photodynamic therapy, laser surgery, tele-derm visits, and cosmetic dermatology

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with complex wound care and dermatology-specific equipment such as punch/shave biopsy trays and procedure instruments

Additional Information

• Candidate compliance documentation is due prior to start, with orientation modules completed before the start date, which typically occurs approximately three weeks after offer acceptance.
• The position may require travel compliance and adherence to specific policies regarding time off and responsibilities during the assignment.
