Schedule
12-hour night shifts (19:00 - 07:00)
Every other weekend required
Responsibilities
- Perform assessments and manage care for patients with various emergency conditions
- Administer medications and treatments as per protocols
- Assist in procedures including IV insertion, Foley catheter insertion, and NG tube insertion
- Run point of care labs and manage respiratory equipment with assistance
- Coordinate patient care activities using SBAR for handoffs, narrating care based on AIDET principles
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Emergency Department RN
- Current certifications: TNCC, ACLS, PALS, BLS, NIHSS
- Positive, flexible, team-oriented, and patient-centered attitude
