About the Role

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Critical Care Float Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel assignment in Charleston, South Carolina. This position involves 13 weeks of work starting 08/17/2026, with a schedule of 48 hours per week and 6-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and alert doctors of major changes in patient condition.
• Act as a liaison between doctors, patients, and their families.
• Provide daily care to ensure patient recovery is comfortable.
• Administer care for patients following open-heart surgery.
• Responsible for the treatment and care of heart transplant patients.
• Educate the patient’s family on ongoing needs and care of the patient.

Requirements

• Active RN License.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS and ACLS Certifications.
• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care CVICU setting.
