About the role
HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA is seeking a travel Radiation Therapist for a travel job in Winchester, Virginia.
Responsibilities
- Provide radiation therapy services under the supervision of a physician.
- Operate and calibrate linear accelerators and other equipment used in radiation therapy.
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs and medical guidelines.
- Monitor patients during treatments and adjust settings as necessary.
- Document patient information accurately and maintain records.
Requirements
- MUST HAVE VA LICENSE
- 2 years of Experience Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm (5x8s days)
- No Weekend Requirements
- No On-Call Requirements
Qualifications
Must have a current license to practice as a Radiation Therapist in the state of Virginia.
Skills
- Proficiency in operating linear accelerators and other radiation therapy equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
