About the role

Prime HealthCare Staffing is seeking an experienced Outpatient Physical Therapist for a 13‑week travel assignment in O Fallon, Illinois. The therapist will work in an outpatient setting, managing treatment plans to promote positive outcomes for patients with diverse diagnoses.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans for outpatient patients.
• Provide therapeutic interventions aimed at improving patient function and outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

Requirements

• One year of recent experience in an outpatient setting (preferred).
• Ability to work 8‑10 hour shifts, 4‑5 days per week.

Qualifications

• Current BLS certification (AHA preferred).
• Active state Physical Therapist license.
• Supervisory professional references.
• Successful completion of drug screen and background check.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8‑hour shifts and a 40‑hour work week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
